We've put together a list of exotic soft drink ideas to impress the whole parish and raise some extra funds at your summer fete. They're the perfect thirst quenchers for a hot summer's day!

Elderflower Cordial

A very fragrant and refreshing treat, which is a summer favourite for many

You will need: 2 1/2 kg of white sugar, 2 unwaxed lemons, 20 fresh and trimmed elderflower heads, 85g of Citric Acid (makes 4 litres).

Pink Lemonade

A great colour and a great taste with a mouth watering tang.

You will need: 300g of caster sugar, 1 1/2 lemons sliced, 1 sliced orange, 2 punnets of raspberries, ice and fresh mint to serve (makes 350ml of syrup).
