Elderflower Cordial
A very fragrant and refreshing treat, which is a summer favourite for many
You will need: 2 1/2 kg of white sugar, 2 unwaxed lemons, 20 fresh and trimmed elderflower heads, 85g of Citric Acid (makes 4 litres).

A great colour and a great taste with a mouth watering tang.
You will need: 300g of caster sugar, 1 1/2 lemons sliced, 1 sliced orange, 2 punnets of raspberries, ice and fresh mint to serve (makes 350ml of syrup).

You will need: 50g of fresh root ginger roughly chopped, 300g caster sugar, 2 lemons, sparkling water (makes 500ml of syrup).
