DL envelopes are designed to fit an A4 piece of paper, folded into thirds. DL is the standard size of personal envelopes, cards and invitations and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers and leaflets.

These envelopes are a printed mailing envelope that are used for direct mailings and marketing campaigns. We can print on a range of standard envelope sizes with full colour printing available as standard on both sides of each envelope.

Sizes available: DL (220mm x 110mm)
Paper weight: 90gsm
Flap types available: Self-seal (peal and seal available on request)
Non-window as standard but window is available on request

If required, our studio team can take your logo and other imagery and design the ideal envelope for you at no additional cost. It is very important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the design of their printed envelopes. That’s why our designer will always provide you with a proof before going to print.

Do you charge for carriage?

Yes, we charge £8.34 carriage on all orders. Please call us for a quote if you are ordering above this amount. If you are ordering from Scotland or Ireland, extra delivery costs may apply. Please contact us to obtain a quote for this.

Can we pick up our order from your factory?

Yes, if you would prefer to pick up your order, this can be arranged. Please contact us to organise this. Our factory is located at Lockie House, Withins Road, Haydock, St Helens, Merseyside, WA11 9UD.
